Data Deletion Instructions

enFoyer, operated by Tooth-Tastic Dental Clinic LLC, respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of the data we hold about you, including messages handled through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
How to request deletion
Send an email to privacy@enfoyer.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include the following so we can locate your records:
- the WhatsApp phone number (or account email, for staff users) associated with your data;
- the name of the clinic you contacted, if known;
- a short description of the data you would like deleted.
What gets deleted
Upon a verified request, we will delete the personal data we hold about you, which may include:
- your contact details (name and phone number);
- your WhatsApp message history stored within the platform;
- staff account information, where applicable.
We may retain a limited amount of data where we are legally required to do so, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Such data is securely stored and deleted once it is no longer required.
Timeline
We will acknowledge your request and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
Data processed on behalf of a clinic
Where enFoyer processes your data on behalf of a clinic, that clinic is the controller of your data. In those cases we may forward your request to the relevant clinic and assist it in fulfilling the deletion.
